The Market Standing Review is a defined, one-off, independent assessment of your company as a listed company. It answers three questions: where you stand, what deserves attention, and what should be prioritised.
The coherence, differentiation, evidence support and capital-allocation logic of your proposition.
The material questions your public record currently leaves investors to answer by assumption.
How the market has responded to your announcements relative to their materiality and to peer reactions.
The clarity, continuity, comparability and materiality of your disclosure over time.
How you compare with relevant listed peers on disclosure, delivery record and strategic clarity.
An independent assessment of your public record, strategic narrative and investor-facing characteristics.
The review is complete in itself and carries no ongoing obligation.
Where leadership teams find continuing value, it is usually through an ongoing Board Advisory relationship, or a recurring Quarterly Board Review that tracks whether improvement is real rather than assumed.
We suggest deciding on any continuing relationship only after you have seen the quality of the review. The work should earn the relationship, not the proposal.
Helping listed companies earn long-term investor confidence.
